General conditions of purchase and their acceptance

Previous warning of the online store
The online store service is intended for end consumers, in the sense established by the RDL 1/2007, of November 16, of the Consumers and Users Law. Therefore, wholesale companies, distributors, purchasing centers, department stores, or other intermediaries in the footwear sector are excluded from the service.
Therefore, the resale of products purchased through the online store is strictly prohibited.
1.1. The information contained in these General Conditions and the details contained in the Online Store do not explicitly constitute an offer to sell. The simple purchase request does not perfect the operation, as long as TREJEMANEJE, SL., has not expressly accepted it. In case that a charge has been made to the buyer's account, and the purchase offer is finally not accepted, the amount will be fully refunded to the buyer.
1.2. Only those products listed in the shipping confirmation will be the object of the Contract. There will be no obligation to supply any order until confirmation of the purchase ir done by TREJEMANEJE, SL. Placing an order by the buyer implies acceptance of these General Conditions, as well as the prices of the items available in the Online Store.
1.3. If TREJEMANEJE, SL detects a typographical error in prices due to a system update and in the course of repairing said error an order would have resulted, TREJEMANEJE will contact the client informing him of said error and may cancel the order due to the error, returning the entire amount to the customer.
The order must be made by the following system:

For the purposes of these general conditions, "business days" will be understood as those that go from Monday to Friday, inclusive, except holidays.
If, due to any circumstance, TREJEMANEJE, SL., is prevented from meeting the expected delivery period, the buyer will be informed of such circumstance, which will be able to choose between continuing with the purchase with a new delivery date, or canceling the order with refund of the price paid.
TREJEMANEJE, SL., will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to a major force and, especially, strikes that affect the delivery or transport services of the items.
TREJEMANEJE, SL., will not be held responsible for incidents or damages related to the use of the Internet network that are totally unrelated to it.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
The products offered in the Online Store meet the same quality and guarantee requirements as those offered for sale in establishments open to the public.
All the products offered in TREJEMANEJE, SL., are guaranteed for the maximum period required by law. The guarantee begins on the same day of delivery of the product and is applicable as long as the product is used under normal conditions of use.
Withdrawal: The user has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire within 14 calendar days from the day that the consumer or a third party indicated, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

Devolution: The product can be returned to the seller if it does not meet the specifications contained in its label, has defects or if the product sent is not the one requested. Within the following 10 business days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) upon receipt of the product, the Customer must contact TREJEMANEJE, SL., through firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining the reasons for the return (attaching a photograph if seemed necessary) and requesting authorization number for it. TREJEMANEJE, SL., will contact the client, mainly by the same means, to inform him of the procedure to follow for the refund of the amount, and that it will be the same as used for payment.
Exchanges: If the product received shows deficiencies, the client must send their request and the original invoice to TREJEMANEJE, SL., who will analyze the deficiencies in detail. If they consider that the defect is not due to manufacturing but to an abusive or inappropriate use of the product and that the return is not appropriate, it will be communicated to the buyer within a reasonable period of time, so that within the following 30 days they can pick it up from the warehouse or, if requested, it will be sent cash on delivery. On the other hand, if the product is due to manufacturing deficiencies, TREJEMANEJE, SL. will send you, to the initial shipping address (unless you provide another address), an item identical to the defective one, provided that it has stock, free of charge.
The transactions carried out between TREJEMANEJE, SL and the Client will be archived by the former, and may be accessible for one year by request by email, or by clicking on the link "My orders", located within your user account.
